AI-Powered Scanner
Web Security Assessment Platform
Developed an AI-assisted web security assessment platform designed to identify security weaknesses through automated discovery, evidence collection, and intelligent analysis. Validated against OWASP WebGoat to evaluate detection accuracy and false-positive resistance.
Problem
Many security scanners generate findings without validation, resulting in false positives and unreliable reports.
Solution
Built a modular framework that prioritizes evidence collection (Fingerprinting, Headers, Discovery) before performing AI-assisted classification.
Lessons Learned
"No Evidence = No Finding" & "No Verification = No Vulnerability". AI conclusions must always be backed by technical evidence.
